An artist, animator, actress, singer,.... Trisha Romo is a unique mix of various talents that have all helped influence each other in one way or another.
Born in Plano, Texas, but soon moved to Tampa, Florida at a young age, her earliest memories mainly consisted of many trips to Walt Disney World, and watching a myriad of animated movies. This, combined with one very special Christmas gift, a Fisher-Price drawing desk, inspired her to begin drawing at the age of three.
As the years would go by, countless drawings, "animations" drawn in flip books (or rather sticky notes), comics, were created. In addition to this need to create, Trisha always felt the need to perform, whether it was doing original character voices to entertain her siblings or performing onstage in plays, she always jumped at the chance to create and/or embody a character. This went hand-in-hand with her love of creating stories, which influenced her to fully flesh out the characters that people could truly feel for.
Trisha then went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts and Animation at The Art Institute of Dallas, where she was mentored by professors whose backgrounds came from Disney, DreamWorks, Sullivan Bluth, Warner Brothers, and many others.
Upon learning about Molartowne Productions, Trisha could not pass up the opportunity to help create and animate lovable, memorable characters that would help make the trip to the dentist a fun, meaningful experience for not only kids, but for people from all walks of life.
